The PROVISION OF Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) Programme 2026-2029
Cheshire East Council is commissioning providers to deliver school holiday activities and meals for ages 4–16 (up to 18 for eligible SEND young people) across summer and winter breaks. The contract runs 2026–2029 and is split into two lots: general HAF provision and specialist provision (SEND, teenagers).
