Nuneaton Library and Business Centre (Nuneaton LABC)
Warwickshire County Council wants a contractor to complete design and build a new library and business centre on a whole-site enabling works basis in Nuneaton. Design development (RIBA Stage 4) will be ready by the start of procurement; the contractor will handle detailed design and construction, with Mace retained for project management and cost control.
