ArWAP Process Evaluation
Welsh Government wants an external contractor to evaluate how well the Anti-racist Wales Action Plan is being implemented and what early impacts it's having. You'll design and run a mixed-methods study involving surveys, interviews, and focus groups with stakeholders, public sector partners, and the general public, with particular attention to the BAME population.
