Blackpool Council is establishing a 4-year framework for highways surfacing and civil engineering works across multiple councils in Lancashire and Greater Manchester. Up to 4 suppliers will be appointed to each of two lots, with call-off contracts ranging from £100k to £5m for surfacing and £100k to £1.5m for civils.
