NHS Cheshire & Merseyside ICB is seeking a provider to deliver residential care and support at Nixon Street for 3 individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism who display challenging behaviours, some with mental health conditions. The service will prioritise individuals from Cheshire East but may also accept referrals from Cheshire West, Wirral, and other areas to ensure full occupancy.
