South Wales Police is seeking a provider to deliver substance use recovery interventions for people in the justice system across Cardiff, Vale of Glamorgan, Cwm Taf Morgannwg and three HM prisons (Cardiff, Usk, Prescoed). The contract runs for two years with a one-year extension option.
