Scotland Excel is establishing a framework for supplying and delivering heavy and municipal vehicles to all 32 Scottish council areas. The framework covers refuse collection vehicles, road sweepers, tippers, skip loaders, gully emptiers, gritters, buses, trailers, aerial platforms and similar vehicles, with options for specialist body building and alternatively fuelled variants.
