Nearest Relative Proxy Service
Coventry City Council needs a Nearest Relative Proxy service to act as the legal Nearest Relative under the Mental Health Act for people with no appropriate family member or friend able to take that role. The service will support approximately 10 individuals per year, with flexibility to handle between 0 and 20.
