HCC Sept 2026 – Provision of Supported Housing at Westbury
Hertfordshire County Council is seeking a Registered Provider to develop, own and manage a new supported housing scheme for disabled adults and older people on Council land in Letchworth. The partner will work under a long lease arrangement with design and enabling works in 2025/26, construction from 2026 onwards, and completion between 2027 and 2030.
