Framework for the Provision of Trailblazer Programme Support Services and Activities

Swansea Council is establishing a four-lot framework to commission providers delivering community-based activities and support for economically inactive residents. The programme aims to improve health, wellbeing, confidence and readiness for employment, training or volunteering, funded by Welsh Government's Trailblazer scheme.
