Healthy Child Programme (HCP) Connected Parents

Wigan Council wants one provider to deliver a community-based parenting and family support programme for parents, carers and families with children aged 0-19 (up to 25 for young people with SEND). The service covers parenting confidence, infant feeding and nutrition, key life transitions, community capacity building, and VCFSE development.
