Dudley Council is seeking providers for asbestos analytical services and consultancy across approximately 21,000 council homes and corporate buildings (Lot 1), and licensed asbestos removal with ancillary scaffolding (Lot 2). The contract runs for multiple years with combined value of £3.76m.

You'll want to look if you hold UKAS accreditation for asbestos analysis and have experience surveying large housing portfolios, or you are a licensed asbestos removal contractor with HSE licensing and experience working at scale on multiple building types

- UKAS-accredited laboratory for bulk sample analysis
- HSE Ancillary Asbestos Licence for scaffolding (Lot 2)
- ISO 9001 Quality Management System (Lot 1)
- Compliance with HSG264 and HSG248 standards
