Housing Maintenance Support Contract
Wolverhampton Homes is looking for up to 3 contractors to carry out general building maintenance, electrical, roofing and adaptation work on their housing stock. The work is split into two planned maintenance lots (north and south) and one responsive/emergency lot covering the whole city, all on a 4-year measured term contract.
