Weston College needs a principal contractor to oversee yielding-up, dismantling, removal and site clearance at their Construction Training Centre, including removal of modular buildings, services, foundations and hardstanding, then reinstatement of the site. The successful contractor will coordinate specialist works appointed directly by the college and provide supervision and access.
