Kier Transportation is seeking contractors to install street lighting on the A66 Northern Trans-Pennine scheme (Schemes 1 and 2), part of an 80km dual carriageway upgrade between the M6 and A1. Works are being delivered collaboratively by Balfour Beatty, Kier and Keltbray.
