Contracts that are not tied to one part of the country: national frameworks, agreements let by central government and by the buying organisations that purchase for many bodies at once, and requirements a supplier delivers remotely.
This is the page to watch wherever you are based. A national framework is biddable from anywhere, and it is added to every regional digest for that reason. What to check is whether the contract genuinely needs national coverage, because a requirement to serve every region at once is one of the commonest reasons a small firm cannot take work on, and it is flagged on the notice where it applies.
