The Courtauld Institute is seeking a construction manager for a major redevelopment of its East Wing and adjacent buildings on The Strand. The CM will provide pre-construction advice, procure trade contractors, and manage works on site from April 2025 through completion in 2028, with hard demolition starting August 2026.
