UK_1149 Board Effectiveness Review
The British Council needs an external facilitator to conduct a comprehensive review of its Board of Trustees' effectiveness, covering board performance, individual trustee assessment, skills mix, and alignment with the UK Charity Governance Code. The review will also assess the Senior Leadership Team's interaction with the Board and sub-committee performance.
