Barnsley Council needs a supplier to install, maintain, repair and store Christmas lights across three town centre locations: The Glass Works, Alhambra Shopping Centre and Barnsley Market. The contract covers supply of commercial-grade festive illuminations, installation, maintenance, dismantling, storage, delivery, collection, PAT certification, callout repairs during display, and support at the official switch-on event.
