Site Set Up and Establishment
SCAPE is establishing a framework for site set-up and establishment services across Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire, Derbyshire, South Yorkshire and Leicestershire for Arc Partnership and Nottinghamshire County Council. Specific services are not yet defined but will cover land and property-related work on assets owned, rented, leased or developed by the clients.

You'll want to look if you deliver site preparation, temporary infrastructure and establishment services and can work across the East Midlands and South Yorkshire under framework arrangements.
You'll need
- NEC4 Term Service Short Contract experience
- experience in public sector site set-up work
- ability to work across multiple sites in the five specified regions
