Southend-on-Sea City Council wants a supplier to supply, install and maintain intelligent transport systems across the town including traffic signals, variable message signs, car park guidance signs and speed-activated signs. The work includes daily fault monitoring via the council's asset management system, repairs, annual inspections and new equipment installation as funding allows.
