Rail Replacement Service - Bus and Coach Operators
Transport for Wales is establishing an 8-year framework to directly contract rail replacement bus and coach services across Wales and the English border, replacing an aggregator model. The framework will cover approximately 27,000 planned and emergency duties annually across around 135 operators.
