Homes Off the Streets Programme - Clearing House & Tenancy Sustainment Teams
TfL for GLA is commissioning services under the Homes Off the Streets programme to support people with rough sleeping history into stable housing. The contract includes a pan-London Clearing House (Lot 1) providing referral coordination and housing partnership work, plus six Tenancy Sustainment Team lots (five geographic sub-regional, one pan-London private rented sector).
