Rough Sleeping Prevention & Resettlement Framework
Nottinghamshire County Council is establishing a framework to commission support services for people who are rough sleeping, homeless, or at risk of homelessness across Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire. The framework has three lots: supported accommodation (support only), outreach and coordination, and integrated specialist support.
