Hastoe Housing Association is seeking a JCT Measured Term Contract contractor to handle responsive repairs, void works, and out-of-hours emergency call-outs across Suffolk, Norfolk, Cambridgeshire, North Essex, Milton Keynes and Stevenage. The work covers typical trades including plumbing, carpentry, electrical, plastering, roofing and drainage for approximately 400 homes.
