IDS EICR and Remedials
The Industrial Dwellings Society needs a provider to deliver electrical installation condition reports (EICR) on a 5-year cyclical basis across their housing portfolio, including all C1 and C2 remedial works and portable appliance testing (PAT) on a programmed schedule.

You'll want to look if you're an electrical contractor qualified to carry out EICR testing to BS 7671, handle both domestic and commercial properties, and can deliver remedial works on site
You'll need
- BS 7671 compliance and Guidance Note 3
- Domestic and commercial electrical installation experience
- Ability to complete remedial works at point of inspection
- Electronic report submission within 5 working days
