General Building Maintenance Framework
Monmouthshire County Council and partners are establishing a multi-authority framework for general building maintenance, electrical maintenance, and refurbishment across their property portfolios including schools, offices, and public buildings. Up to five ranked suppliers per lot will be eligible for call-off contracts up to £300,000 each over the framework period.
