West Northamptonshire Council needs one organisation to provide statutory independent advocacy services across the council area. The service will help people with substantial difficulty engage in local authority processes including assessment, care planning, reviews, and safeguarding enquiries under the Care Act 2014 and Mental Capacity Act 2005.
