Leicestershire County Council needs a training provider to deliver COTC (Competent Operator Training Certificate) qualifications for staff at recycling and household waste sites and waste transfer stations. The supplier must be CIWM (WAMITAB) and/or City & Guilds accredited and manage the full training delivery.
