Leadership and Management Training (Empower) programme
The BFI is seeking a training provider to design and deliver a four-day in-person leadership and management programme for line managers, integrated with their own Culture Drivers and Line Management Principles, at an externally recognised level (such as ILM Level 4). The programme includes facilitation of action learning sets and will run across multiple cohorts over two years with optional extension.
