Minor Works Framework Agreement for Building Maintenance
Pembrokeshire County Council is appointing contractors to a four-year framework agreement for maintenance, repair and improvement work on its housing stock (5,864 properties) and corporate buildings throughout the county. Work spans responsive repairs, void refurbishments, planned works, roofing, electrical, plumbing, heating, windows, doors and disabled adaptations.
