The Ministry of Justice is procuring delivery of the academic component (BA Hons or Graduate Diploma in Community Justice) of the Professional Qualification in Probation. This is the mandatory training for all new Probation Officers in England and Wales.

- Must design course content to align with the CJL Course Design Framework
- Must secure accreditation through RQF or FHEQ
- Delivery must meet academic structure, outcomes and learning standards specified in the framework
