UK4 Notice - Creation of a Lot for Early Years Expert Advisers on the ECSC Dynamic Framework
The Department for Education is creating a new lot on the ECSC Dynamic Framework to source a pool of Expert Advisers who will work with local authorities on children's social care reform and improvement. Advisers will undertake diagnostics and support failing councils with implementation of DfE priorities including the Enduring Relationships Strategy and Families First Partnership Programme.
