Consultancy support for HSW enforced accessibility regulatory activities
The Office of Rail and Road needs expert consultancy to assess potential breaches of rail vehicle accessibility regulations and produce evidence-based reports to support enforcement decisions. Work will be reactive, responding to complaints and casework over a three-year period.
