Court Appointed Intermediary Services - Framework Re-Opening October 2025
The Ministry of Justice is re-opening a framework for Court Appointed Intermediary Services to support vulnerable defendants and parties/witnesses in criminal, civil, family and tribunal proceedings across England, Wales and Scotland. Intermediaries will assess communication needs, recommend court adjustments, and attend hearings to facilitate communication.
