Lower Thames Crossing- Strategic Sale Advisor
The Department for Transport is seeking a Strategic Sale Advisor to lead the sale of Lower Thames Crossing Co, a new regulated company that will build, operate and maintain the Lower Thames Crossing (a 14.3-mile road and tunnel scheme under the Thames) and the Dartford Crossing. The advisor will handle capital markets advice, investor engagement, credit rating process, and transaction execution.
