Provision of External Impact Evaluation Services
The HVM Catapult needs an independent external evaluation of the impact of its grant-funded activities across six technology and innovation centres. Two deliverables: an Early Findings Report by December 2026 validating the evaluation framework and establishing baseline measures, and a full impact report by March 2027.
