Surfacing Delivery Partnership
Via East Midlands is establishing a new Highway Surfacing Delivery Partnership with two selected contractors to deliver carriageway resurfacing, reconstruction, recycling, ironwork adjustment, road marking and studs across the East Midlands. The contract runs three years with two optional one-year extensions under NEC4 Term Services.
