Via East Midlands is setting up a new framework partnership for surface treatments work on highways across the East Midlands, including carriageway dressing, micro-asphalt, in-situ recycling, and ironwork adjustment. The contract runs for three years with optional one-year extensions under NEC4 Term Services.
