Hampshire County Council is establishing a four-lot framework agreement for supply of indoor bins, outdoor bins, outdoor furniture (benches, tables, picnic sets), and bike/scooter racks plus shelters. The framework will serve Hampshire County Council, the Central Buying Consortium members, and other public bodies including schools, fire and rescue, and police establishments.
