Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) Programme 2026
Newham Council is seeking providers to deliver free holiday activities and meals for eligible children during Easter, Summer and Christmas breaks over three years (2026–2029). Provision must include healthy food, activities, and nutritional guidance.
