Connect to Work - Local Commissioning
Lambeth Council is commissioning up to four providers to deliver Individual Placement and Support (IPS) 'Place and Train' employment support. The service moves people into work rapidly and provides 12 months of ongoing support to sustain employment, across four specialist areas: learning disabilities/autism, physical long-term health conditions, severe mental health conditions, and in-work support for residents at risk of job loss.
