Non-Torque Loading System for Electrical Machine Testing Including Drive System

The University of Edinburgh needs a non-torque loading system to apply radial loads of at least 50 kN (preferably in 3 axes) to electrical machine shafts during testing. The system must handle 20–100 rpm minimum, preferably up to 1000 rpm, with 20–50 kW+ power rating and electric actuation.

You'll want to look if you design and manufacture test loading rigs or dynamometer systems for electric motors and generators, or you are a specialist supplier of mechanical load-applying equipment for rotating shaft testing.

SPHEREA TEST & SERVICES supplied a high-power power-amplifier system for electrical equipment testing to this buyer in May 2026. Inferred from prior awards to this buyer, not confirmed.
