The Integrated Community Equipment Loan Service

West Northamptonshire Council is procuring an Integrated Community Equipment Loan Service (ICELS) to supply equipment that helps people remain independent at home, avoid hospital admission, and support discharge and rehabilitation. The provider will manage assessment, supply, installation, aftercare, and a self-assessment online tool for both council-funded and self-funding users.
