Evaluation of the pilot phase of Marine Recovery Action Plans
Natural England needs a light touch process evaluation of Marine Recovery Action Plans (M-RAPs) at two pilot sites. The work is split into two parts: refining the evaluation plan and baseline collection by March 2027, then mid-point and final evidence collection plus outcome scoping by March 2028.
