Servicing, Maintenance and Repair of HVAC systems in non-domestic properties MTC 2027-2029
East Renfrewshire Council wants a three-year measured term contract for planned maintenance and 24/7 emergency repair of heat pumps, air conditioning, ventilation and associated systems across all their non-domestic buildings - schools, leisure centres, offices and community spaces. Work includes reactive repairs on priority codes P1-P5, plus ad-hoc equipment upgrades and replacement.
