Provision of Single Homelessness Prevention Service (Rochdale)
Rochdale Borough Council is commissioning a single homelessness prevention service to run from 1 January 2027 to 31 March 2029. The service will identify people at risk of homelessness early and deliver interventions to prevent first-time and repeat homelessness, rough sleeping, and housing instability across Rochdale, Heywood and Pennine townships.
