Erewash Borough Council needs a transport consultant to appraise options for improving strategic access to New Stanton Park, including a potential new M1 junction at Lows Lane underpass (J25A). The work will establish the case for intervention, generate and sift options, and carry out economic appraisal to feed into future business case development.
