TD2311 - Life Skills Transitions and Development Supported Living Scheme

Derby City Council wants to run a supported living scheme for 13 young adults aged 18-25 with learning disabilities, neurodiversity or autism. The scheme focuses on life skills development and gradual transition to independence, operating from a council-owned converted children's home in Sinfin, south Derby.
