Newham Best Start Family Hubs Befriending, Navigation and Peer Support Service
Newham Council is commissioning a peer-led befriending and navigation service for families with children aged 0-5, combining emotional support and practical advice through multiple channels including phone, text, WhatsApp and web. The service should engage volunteers from local communities to reach underrepresented groups and work closely with existing Family Hubs.
